October Glossy box 2015

Hello ladies!

I’m back with my monthly update of what I received from glossy box. This month the box was full of products to help brighten and illuminate your complexion for the coming season. There were 5 full sized products again this month which is just amazing value! keep on reading to see what was included!

Nicka K Airbrush Blending Sponge

How very handy to have a product like this included. You can never have too many beauty tools, and sponges are all the rage at the moment when it comes to even airbrushed makeup application. This Nicka K sponge is shaped so that you can get to all the areas of your skin easily and blend out foundation or concealer. I will be letting you know how I get on with this because I am currently obsessed with the Real techniques miracle complexion sponge, so we will see how it compares.

So Susan Haute Light Highlighting Pencil

This pretty pencil can be used to highlight the face and to brighten the eye area. I love the colour and even more so I love the packaging! The So Susan company make non comodegenic, paraben free, mineral oil free, cruelty free, hypoallergenic cosmetics. Which makes them amazing in my book!

So Susan Jelly Pong Pong Fairy Lashes Mascara

Again. Adorable packaging. This mascara claims to curl, thicken and define the lashes while continuously curling the lashes throughout the day. I haven’t tried it yet but I’m excited to! I’m definitely going to be looking into this brand a bit more because right now they have me hooked on the packaging alone!

Talika Photo-Hydra Day

As usual there is a moisturiser included which will probably end up in a drawer somewhere as I honestly have so many on backup right now! I’m also very happy with the REN one I’m currently using, and my skin has been so temperamental recently that I’m a bit hesitant to change at the moment. But I will be giving it a go when my skin calms down. It’s meant to be very hydrating and nourishing on the skin which will be perfect when the heating comes on and my skin dries up.

Lanolips 101 Ointment

I don’t have a picture of this one because my husband disappeared with it as soon as I told him what it did. He gets dry patches and eczema on his skin and this is supposed to be great for treating skin like that. You can also use it as a lip balm but it’s nice that it’s a multi-purpose product.

So over all it was a nice little box! I feel like Glossybox are improving after a couple of rough months and I’ll definitely continue with the subscription. Let me know what you received in your box if it was a little different!

Thank you so much for reading. Have a lovely week!

Talk soon xx
