So I did a little more shopping. (Sorry not sorry!) This time I was surfing Beauty bay which is where I usually go to browse and lust over Too Faced and Anastasia Beverley Hills goodies. While I was on there the other day I noticed that they have their own little range of beauty products, so I thought I’d give them a whirl!!
First off I got the Flawless Rose eyeshadow palette (£9.95) They have a few different palettes, this one had the best reviews and the colours looked quite pretty so I thought I’d give it a go. I’ll do a review on it soon with some proper swatches. But upon first impressions it looks lovely!
The lipsticks (£2.50) were buy one get one free. So I picked up two in the shades ‘Dreamy coco’ and ‘Elegant Rose’. They are a satin finish which I’m not really used to as we all know I’m a matte girl but they have a nice range of colours and you can’t beat the price!
The Brushes were also buy one get one free so I got the Retractable powder brush (£3.50) the angled eyeshadow brush (£2.50) and they had a pink beauty sponge (£2.50) which is basically their own version of the beauty blender which is amazing. I would definitely recommend it for a fraction of the price of the real deal.
I got the Light Me Up compact mirror (£2.50) which I thought would be handy to have in my bag for daytime and for nights out. The mirrors are a nice size and it’s great having the option of a nice bright light if you’re doing touch ups.
Possibly my favourite purchase from them is the Detangling brush (£2.50) which is essentially their version of the tangle teaser only MUCH cheaper. It comes in a veriety of colours and you can even get mini hand bag size ones for travelling. The brush is a good size and it does a good job of Detangling your hair without being too harsh. The bristles aren’t quite as soft as on the tangle teaser but still not bad for £2.50!!
I just couldn’t believe the prices of the bits in their range and I think they are definitely worth checking out.
