Oh Lush. I love Lush. After using up my bath bombs last month, I’ve been desperate to get my hands on more Lush goodies, but I wanted to wait until I had the opportunity to go into a store and browse properly (because let’s face it.. Shopping for scented bath treats online just isn’t the same.)
So yesterday I actually made it into a Lush store, where the staff were lovely and so so helpful! They showed me what their favourite things were and what they thought I would like, which was so useful as I didn’t really know where to start.
Soooooo! Let’s get into it! Here’s what I bought on my trip to lush!
GRANNY TAKES A DIP BATH BOMB – £3.35
This one I’ve been dying to try!! It’s so colourful and smells gorgeous! It’s scented with ginger and lemon and dissolves slowly into a rainbow of colours. I can’t wait to give this a go!!
Is it sad that this was designed for children, but I still had to have it? I mean just look at it! It’s so cute and it smells like lavender and it’s a robot and need I say more?
JASON AND THE ARGAN OIL SHAMPOO BAR – £5.75
I had been wanting to try one of these for a while, as I’ve heard that they are pretty amazing. This one I chose because of its rosy scent and because it has the Argan oil in it which is always an amazing ingredient to have in your hair care! What really impressed me, was that the girl who worked there said that these can last up to 80 washes!! That’s insane! For such a small bar to last that many uses, it’s incredible value for money. I’ll be reporting back on how I got on with this!
SAKURA – £3.35
Jay picked this one for reasons I do not know. He just likes to watch them explode so I said he could choose one. But it’s got a lovely floral/spring scent. It is inspired by the cherry blossom in Japan, and contains jasmine and lemon oil, orange flower and mimosa to make you think of spring. 🌸
THE COMFORTER BUBBLE BAR – £4.75
This smells amazing! Just like berries and citrus! I really can’t wait to use this one as the girl in the shop demonstrated it for me, it creates so many bubbles and makes the water lovely and soft and pink. She said that this bar would make about 4 baths so again, it’s good value for money.
BLACKBERRY BOMB & THINK PINK BATH BOMB
These were just to replace the ones I recently used up, as I absolutely loved them! I wrote a post not too long ago with a bit more detail about them, but I would highly recommend them both! Especially the pink one which fizzes loads and turns your whole bath pink!
SPACE GIRL BATH BOMB – £2.35
A space-dust filled bath bomb with a sweet and fruity fragrance. When you drop this into your bath, it crackles with space dust! It’s super glittery and smells of grapefruit and bergamot. I can’t wait to use this in my next bath!!
BUBBLE GUM LIP SCRUB – £5.50
I have had a tub of this before, and absolutely adored it! It smells (and tastes) amazing and leaves your lips lovely and soft and smooth. They had a couple of other flavours to choose from, (Mint or Popcorn) but bubblegum was just too tasty to pass up!
I’d love to know what your Lush favourites are and what you think I should try next. If you want to know any more about the products then just let me know!
Thanks for reading loves!
Much love! Xx
