My Haircare Favourites ❤️

John Frieda Radiant Red Colour Protecting Shampoo and Conditioner

My Fellow Redheads out there will know the constant struggle to keep their hair colour looking vibrant and healthy. Especially while everyday elements seem to constantly work against us.

I have found that since using this shampoo and conditioner, my hair colour hasn’t been stripped of its shine and colour quite as quickly. I try to always use cool water when washing my hair in order to reduce loss of colour and to boost shine. John Frieda always provides excellent results and the huge range of shampoos and conditioners will always be my go to products.  Tony & Guy Heat Protection Mist

I LOVE this product. I will always and forever repurchase this as it is hands down my favourite heat protectant. I have tried countless heat protecting products in the past and none of them have been as effective or as pleasant to use. It smells lovely, the formula is lightweight so unlike other heat products, it doesn’t leave a sticky or greasy residue on the hair. I use it before blow-drying and then again before using straighteners or a curling iron to help keep my hair protected and healthy.  Fudge Urban Miracle Ends

As with all Fudge Urban hair products, this smells absolutely divine. It helps to smooth out any fly aways or dry, frizzy ends, and just adds the finishing touch to your hair style. It can be used before blowdrying or on dry, clean hair and won’t make your hair greasy or sticky.

Fudge Urban Raspberry & Vanilla Hairspray

If you’re going to have a hairspray. Why not have one that smells like raspberry and vanilla!? This smells gorgeous and I’m always tempted to spray it purely for that reason. It does have a good strong hold and helps my curls last longer, but doesn’t feel too heavy.

The Body Shop Rainforest Radiance Detanglon Spray

Now I wouldn’t class this as an essential or a must have, but it’s just one of those little things which makes life extra enjoyable. To be honest I don’t use it as a detanglong spray, I got it after EssieButton has recommended it in one of her videos purely for the reason that it leaves your hair smelling of blueberries!! I also got the conditioning mask from the same line which does more for my hair on the detanglong front. But this little gem I tend to use as almost as a hair perfume! Just a couple of light spritzes and I’m good to go!

Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Reconstructor

This one I can’t live without. With the constant heat styling and colouring I put my hair through, I need a weekly treatment to bring my hair back to a (nearly) healthy condition. And this does just that. 3 minutes of heaven with this gorgeous mask which smells of Australian Balm Mint, and BAM! Silky, smooth, shiny, soft hair. (My husband even uses it on his beard) I use this once a week and just used it to treat my Bellami hair extensions which were looking a little sorry for themselves. It really does work miracles!

Let me know what your holy grail hair products are and any tips you have for maintaining red hair!
