My go to Make Up Look β€οΈπŸ’„

I thought today I’d do a little before and after just because I always love seeing what people look like behind all the makeup and filters! So this is me below with a freshly cleansed face looking rather tired to say the least.Β

For my look today I did my go to everyday routine. I tried a little trick Wayne Goss recommended in one of his latest videos, which was to add in an oil with your foundation. At first I was a little skeptical because my skin is already oily and the last thing I want is to feel like a have tons of grease on my face before ive even started.

But I was pleasantly surprised! The effect and finish was gorgeous! It made applying my foundation really Easy and fast and my skin was glowing! He then recommends you blot off excess oil with a makeup sponge wrapped in tissue before setting with powder. My skin looked natural and didn’t feel like it was overloaded with product. So I’ll definitely be using that trick again. If you don’t follow Wayne you need to do so! His Instagram and YouTube name is Gossmakeupartist. And he is a genius.

For my contour today I tried a product a friend had given me to try out. It’s a BB Cream by the brand Forever living. And I just thought the shade was perfect for a contour as it’s quite dark but easily blended out

For my eyebrows I used my rimmel eyebrow pencil just to fill them in a little and extend the ends as my eyebrows are Β pretty sparse on the ends. For eyes I used my Urban Decay Naked palette I used the colour “Virgin” on my lids, “Buck” to darken the outer third and blended that out and into the crease using the colour “Naked” for a soft but defined look.

I finished off the look with an ELF Black liquid liner and Loreal Miss Manga Eyes Mascara. For lips I used ELF Studio Matte Lipstick in the colour Coral. For cheeks I used my Urban Decay Naked Flushed pallette for blush and highlight.

I hope you liked my everyday makeup look, and I can’t wait to post more for you soon.

Thanks for reading :))
